The customer portal will allow you access to view your billing history, create a new service account, manage payments, sign up for ebilling, plus more.
You may register your account by clicking Customer Portal under Available Services. To add your account, you will need your 14 digit account number and the amount of the last payment made on your account for verification purposes.
If you are unable to locate your account number or the last payment amount, please feel free to email Customer Care requesting this information . For a faster response, please use the subject line: New Account Number Request and in the body of the email please be sure to include your name as it is shown on your account along with your service address.
For new accounts that have not made any payments yet to WUM, you will enter "0.00" as the amount of your last payment.
